A simple, fast browser.
Caspian is a Chromium-based browser with a small, tidy interface: tabs, an address bar, and not much else. It is the default browser on Zenith OS and will also run on Windows and macOS.
What it does
The things a browser should do, and nothing else.
Chromium underneath
Every site works the way it does in Chrome. The interface is ours.
Pick your search engine
DuckDuckGo out of the box. Google, Bing, Brave, Startpage, Ecosia, Qwant, or your own.
Tabs
Open, close, drag to reorder, middle-click to close. Ctrl+Shift+T brings one back.
Dark or light
Choose on first run with a live preview. Set the accent colour to whatever you like.
Find, zoom, full screen
Find in page, zoom, and full screen including sites that ask for it themselves.
No account needed
Your profile lives in a folder on your machine. Nothing to sign in to.
Where it is at
Being built alongside Zenith OS.
Caspian will ship with Zenith first. Windows and macOS builds come after.
